Instructions

  • marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, rose essence liquor
  • hot wok
  • oil
  • many ginger slices
  • spring onion bottom halves
  • toss in chicken
  • toss in rest of spring onions
  • slather with rose essence liquor
  • add feet/innards
  • add soy sauce
  • add dark soy sauce
  • add rock sugar
  • close lid
  • turn after ten minutes
  • taste sauce, adjust with additional soy sauce/salt/dark soy sauce if necessary
  • baste with juices, also pour some inside the chicken
